About The R&B Index.
The R&B Index is a searchable, curated directory of rising and independent R&B artists and creatives, created by Soul Era Records.
A human ear for R&B.
Every profile is reviewed by Soul Era before it appears in the Index. Our approach draws on the same ear for R&B that guides our playlists, events, and editorial. The result is a living directory shaped by people who listen closely to the genre and the communities around it.
